Delivery and Returns

 

In light of recent events (COVID-19). We are updating how the business operates. Dispatches will now only be on a Tuesday and Thursday. The cut off point for delivery is 8am (GMT). If you order anything after 8am on the Tuesday, your parcel will not be processed until the Friday. If you order after 8am on the Friday, your order will not be processed until the following Tuesday.

With that, shipping within the UK will now be 1 – 2 working days for 1st class signed and 3 working days for 2nd class signed after the order has been dispatched. Next Day Guaranteed will no longer arrive by 1pm, it will only be guaranteed for the next day at no set timeframe (not including Saturday & Sunday).

For Ireland delivery will now be 3 – 5 working days after dispatch, Europe will be 3 – 6 working days and the rest of the world 7 – 8 working days.

Also all signed items will no longer be signed. Royal Mail postal workers are just dropping the parcel at your door but will keep a record of recipients name and date of delivery. Please see here for Royal Mail updates.

 

Are there shipping delays due to the virus?

We hope to ship all our packages in a timely manner at the designated dispatch days Tuesdays and Fridays (with the exception of bank holidays where packages will be dispatched the previous working day). Latest bank holiday UK bank holiday is on Friday May 8th.

But delays might be expected on some packages due to the impact of COVID19 on the postal system. We are seeing delays ranging from 1 day to a few days but please do not fret as your order will arrive. For those who select next day guaranteed, your order is still guaranteed to arrive the next day but no longer by 1pm, it may arrive at anytime during the day.

 

My tracking number has not updated location, what is wrong?

Our postage provider provides signed delivery, not fully tracked delivery. The customer will be able to see the dispatch date and when Royail Mail has handed the products to oversea providers, but for some countries the tracking number does not provide full tracking and may not update again until the customer has signed for the product. 

 

Can I return my order?

Yes you can return your order if the product is returned in its original condition (new and unused) and in it’s original packaging. The buyer will return the package to the return address in the package and pay for postage. Once the product is received we will send you a refund of the items you purchased (minus original delivery post). The limit for returning an order is 14 days within the UK & 21 days for all international orders. We will advise you to please get in touch with us before returning your order for confirmation.
