HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

We dispatch our products within 2 working days via Royail Mail. Please see the delivery times below from the time you order to arriving at your door in working days (this excludes bank holidays & weekends). Please note that some very large orders can be sent in two packages (we do not add any extra costs for the customers for this).

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

Delivery costs to the UK is from £1.50 to £6.49, delivery to other parts of the world is from £2.99 to £16.99.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Those who selected Signed Postage will normally be sent the tracking number on the day of dispatch or the next day. You can then track your parcel via Royail Mail or sometimes via your local postage service website.

 

WHAT IS THE THRESHOLD FOR FREE DELIVERY?

To avail of free delivery, your order has to reach £55 for those in the UK (free 2nd class signed postage) and £70 for those outside the UK (free international signed postage).

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER HAS NOT UPDATED LOCATION, WHATS WRONG?

Our postage provider provides signed delivery, not fully tracked delivery. The customer will be able to see the dispatch date and when Royail Mail has handed the products to oversee providers, but for some countries the tracking number does not provide full tracking and may not update again until the customer has signed for the product.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes you can return your order if the product is returned in its original condition (new and unused) and in it’s original packaging. The buyer will return the package to the return address in the package and pay for postage. Once the product is received we will send you a refund of the items you purchased (minus original delivery post).
