Delivery and Returns

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch our products within 2 working days via Royal Mail. See the delivery times below from the time you order to arriving at your door in working days, this includes the 2 working days used to process your order. We do not dispatch on Saturday, Sundays & Bank Holidays.So working days does not include bank holidays and weekends.

For some orders that are very large your order can possibly be sent in 2 packages. We do not charge customers for this service.

 

Next Day Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

We do not normally offer Next Day Special Guaranteed delivery unless requested. In the case that it is requested, please make your order before 1.30pm. If it is not requested and it is available at checkout, you can still choose this option provided you order prior to 1.30pm. This guarantees your order for the next day.

This service is available from Monday to Thursday. If you order between any of those days your delivery will arrive the next working day before 1pm. If you order on a Friday and choose Special Delivery your order is not guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday and may arrive on the Monday instead. In this case it might be better to select 1st class signed instead and contact us for urgent dispatch before 1.30pm

As if the order is dispatched on the same day using 1st class signed , it can arrive the next day or latest the next working day.

When special delivery is selected after 1.30pm, your item will not be dispatched until the next working day. So your order will only arrive the day after it is dispatched.

 

What is the threshold for free delivery?

To avail of free delivery, your order has to reach £60 for those in the UK (free 2nd class signed postage). 

 

My tracking number has not updated location, what is wrong?

Our postage provider provides signed delivery, not fully tracked delivery. The customer will be able to see the dispatch date and when Royail Mail has handed the products to oversea providers, but for some countries the tracking number does not provide full tracking and may not update again until the customer has signed for the product. 

 

Can I return my order?

Yes you can return your order if the product is returned in its original condition (new and unused) and in it’s original packaging. The buyer will return the package to the return address in the package and pay for postage. Once the product is received we will send you a refund of the items you purchased (minus original delivery post). The limit for returning an order is 14 days within the UK & 21 days for all international orders. We will advise you to please get in touch with us before returning your order for confirmation.
