Delivery and Returns

 

Royal Mail/ postal workers are not taking signatures. They are leaving parcel at your door but will keep a record of recipients name and date of delivery. Please see here for Royal Mail updates.

We send out your order the same day if you order by 12pm noon (BST, UK time). Please note that if STANDARD DELIVERY IS SELECTED AT CHECKOUT your delivery will not be tracked, if it gets lost the item is not insured. We advise that standard delivery should not be selected unless you are just ordering accessories.

 


How much is delivery and how long does it take for my order to arrive?

 

 


What is your shipping cut off point?

 

If you order by 12pm noon (BST, UK time) we will ship your order the same day. If your order was made on the weekend, we will ship it the next working day (Monday). We ship orders out every day during the week (Monday to Friday only).


Are there shipping delays?

 

Delays might be expected on some packages due to the impact of COVID19 on the postal system. We are seeing a small number of delays ranging from 1 day to 2 working days but please do not fret as your order will arrive. For those that select Next Day Guaranteed, your order is still guaranteed to arrive the next day and Express Courier being 2 – 3 working days.


What happens if the wrong address was entered or my address is incomplete?

 

It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct shipping address for their order. We ask that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout, but we know that mistakes can occur. Please make sure you check your confirmation email to make sure everything is correct upon ordering. If you spot something wrong, we advise you to email customerservice@joriehair.com as soon as possible and we can rectify this if done in a timely manner. This may delay the dispatch of your order if not rectified on time.

If we happen to spot an issue in your address, we will either send you an email or give you a call to confirm, the order will then be shipped out the next working day. If we do not reach you this may result in further delay with your order.


What if I want to cancel my order?

 

If you change your mind about your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible and we might be able to cancel it before your order has been shipped out. Once packaged and shipped out by our warehouse team we will be unable to cancel the order.


When will I get my tracking number?

 

Tracking numbers will be sent via email the same day, if you ordered before the cut off time. Your tracking number will be sent in an email in the evening after your order has been dispatched. If you select Express Courier delivery, we will send you your tracking number the next working day.


Can I return my order?

 

Yes you can return your order. In the case that the products ordered are new, unused and in the original packaging. The buyer will return the package to the return address in the package and pay for postage. Once we have received the return, a refund of the items you purchased (minus original delivery post). The limit for returning an order is 14 days within the UK & 21 days for all international orders. We will advise you to please get in touch with us before returning your order for confirmation.
