DELIVERY POLICY


Orders placed before 12pm (BST, UK) Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed outside of this time or on a bank holiday, it will be dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery ranges from 1-3 working days after dispatch.

USA delivery ranges from 3-8 working days after dispatch.

We are working hard to expand the countries that we deliver to, with more being added soon!

 

Delivery FAQ

What is the cut-off point for shipping?

To ensure your order is shipped on the same day, please place your order before 12pm noon (BST, UK time) on weekdays (Monday to Friday). If you place an order on the weekend, it will be shipped on the next working day (Monday). Our team processes and ships orders every day during the week.

Do you have next day delivery available?

Our Next Day Delivery service is based on next working day (Monday to Friday inclusive) and we offer Saturday delivery for an additional charge. Your order needs to be made by 12pm noon (BST, UK time) so that we can dispatch your order the same day.

Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs clearance delays, may affect the delivery of your order by the carrier.

What happens if I enter the wrong or incomplete shipping address?

It is important to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate to avoid any delays in receiving your order. As the customer, it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address during checkout.

We strongly advise that you double-check your confirmation email to verify that all information is correct. In the event that you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@joriehair.com as soon as possible so that we can correct the mistake. Please be aware that any delays caused by incorrect shipping information may affect the delivery time of your order.

It is important to note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping information. If incorrect information is provided and the order is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the package.

If the address provided does not exist, our delivery partner will typically return the package back to us. In such a scenario, we can resend the package to the correct address. However, please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending the package.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you wish to make any changes to your order, kindly contact us as soon as possible. In case your order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it according to your requirements.

However, once your order has been shipped by our warehouse team, we are unable to make any changes to it.

It is essential to note that any delays caused due to the modification request may impact the dispatch time of your order.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email in the evening with your tracking number.

Who is responsible for import duties?

Any import duties or taxes that arise are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the country.

What happens if there is a delay or failure to deliver?

At Jorie Hair, we work hard to dispatch every order as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, there may be instances where delays in delivery occur due to factors outside of our control, such as issues with the shipping company.

It's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages caused by late delivery by the shipping company's appointed carriers.

However, if you experience a delay in receiving your package, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. If your order is deemed lost, we will offer you the option of either receiving a full refund or having your order re-sent, subject to availability of stock.
