Refund policy
Jorie Hair Ltd strives to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you received the products, to initiate a return on our website (to start the returns process). To be eligible for a return, the products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please initiate your returns in our returns centre.
To return your order, please send it to the return address provided in the package and bear the cost of postage. Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund within 72 hours for the purchased items. If a partial refund is necessary, the original delivery cost will not be refunded. For instance, if you bought three accessories and returned one, you would only get a refund for the returned item's cost and not the delivery charge.
